This camper needs some TLC. The roof seems to be in good condition. The main problem is the outer wall in front of the bedroom slide. The bedroom slide needs some work too. The vinyl flooring became brittle with age and cold-cracked. The interior is in great condition and actually very nice looking. The furniture is in beautiful condition. The bed mattress is brand new and still in the plastic. As far as we know the appliances all work. We could plug it in and test them. The tires seem to be in good condition and there is also a spare. This camper has some potential to be a nice trailer again!
